(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) New Delhi : Indian Premier League chairman Brijesh Patel confirmed on Friday and clarified that the 13th edition of the league will begin in UAE this year from 19 September. He said said that we are just waiting for approval from the government. He said that the schedule of the league has been decided by the BCCI, but its official announcement will be made in the IPL Governing Council meeting next week. The game will be played on three grounds in UAE. This includes Dubai International Stadium, Sheikh Zayed Stadium and Sharjah Ground. Patel said, the Governing Council will meet soon, but we have decided the schedule. The league will start from 19 September till 8 November and will be played in the UAE itself. We are very hopeful of getting the government’s approval. This league will last 51 days and will not be shortened.
