(Namita Pradhan, Intern Journalist) On Wednesday a serious attack took place at Mexico when gunmen attack the drug rehab center at Mexico.
24 people were killed and many were injured in the attack. This was the second attack in the rehab at Irapuato, Guanajuato in a month.
The motive behind the attack was not found yet but the gangs target most clinics as they believe rival factions member are hiding.
Police inquired that several gunmen coming in a truck rushed to the building and started the shooting.
According to the authorities, the rehab center to be hit was not officially registered whereas the state has many unofficial treatment centers. The attack at a nearby center killed 10 people.
